These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all online reservations for vehicles (as defined below), and are made between you, the user (as defined below), and Atul Greentech Private Limited, a company with its registered office at Opp. Moghal Mataji Mandir, Rajkot-Ahmedabad Highway, Bhayala, Dist. Ahmedabad, Pin code 382220.

The terms "you" or "your" or "User" as used in these Terms apply to all individuals and/or entities viewing, accessing, or using the Platform (as defined herein) to make a reservation for any Vehicle or for any other reason, as appropriate in the context..

You and Atul Greentech Pvt. Ltd., as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries, are bound by these Terms. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our Platform and/or booking Vehicles through the Platform. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Purchase Terms (as defined below) are collectively referred to as "Atul Greentech Pvt. Ltd. Policies", along with any updates or changes made to them from time to time at the company's sole discretion. You are not permitted to use our Platform or reserve Vehicles on the Platform if you disagree with our Atul Greentech Pvt. Ltd. Policies.

By agreeing to these Terms, you certify that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and, if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to the terms of a binding contract. You also agree that these Terms bind you or the entity on whose behalf you are accepting these Terms, in the same way that a signed, written, paper contract would. Within the sense of the applicable law (as defined below), these Terms are an electronic record. There are neither physical nor digital signatures necessary for this electronic record because it is produced by a computer system. The User is deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms by accessing, browsing, and/or utilizing the Platform and/or any of the information made available thereon. Regardless of how the User or anyone acting on their behalf accessed, installed, downloaded, or used the Platform, or whether the User registered on the Platform, the User fully accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU (A) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THE REQUIRED LEGAL AGE IN YOUR JURISDICTION; (B) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS; AND (C) ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.
